Most MapMetrics users do not know how the Level system works in the app or which features are unlocked at each level. We have prepared this guide to help you understand the leveling mechanics so you can make the most out of MapMetrics. You level up by gaining XP when you drive in navigation mode with MapMetrics. Entering navigation mode is simple: just set your destination before starting your drive, and you’ll be in navigation mode. If you are an SPT <\/a>user, note that to level up you must also be in navigation mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earning XP:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

XP is earned when you drive in navigation mode after setting a destination. This ensures that every journey you begin contributes directly to your progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important:<\/strong> Even if you have SPT connected, you must actively set a destination to earn XP and progress through the levels.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leveling Up: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you reach the required XP<\/a> threshold for a level, you automatically advance. Each new level not only marks your progress but also opens up new tools and customizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feature Unlocks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At specific levels, you unlock unique features that enhance your experience and tailor your mapping journey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Level 2 \u2013 Nomad: Sounds <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Level 2, you gain the ability to tailor your in-app sound experience to your personal preferences. You can easily turn the engaging auditory cues on or off, allowing you to celebrate your progress and stay alerted to new opportunities within the app in the way that best suits your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Level 3 \u2013 Wayfarer and Level 8 \u2013 Voyager: Tree Planted <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Level 3, a symbolic tree is planted to mark your early progress, serving as a tangible reminder of our commitment to a healthier planet. This initiative helps counteract the carbon emissions produced by cars and other means of transportation, promoting an eco-friendly and sustainable environment. When you reach Level 8, an additional tree is planted, reinforcing your ongoing growth and dedication to environmental stewardship. Each tree planted not only symbolizes your progress but also contributes to a greener, more sustainable future for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Level 4 \u2013 Explorer: Speed Cameras Reporting Function <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Level 4, you unlock the ability to report critical incidents such as speed cameras, accidents, hazards, traffic, construction, and bad weather.  Level 12 \u2013 Roamer: Hiker Dream Map<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Level 12, you unlock a specialized map interface designed specifically for hiking enthusiasts. The Hiker Dream Map provides detailed trail insights and scenic route options, making it easier to plan and enjoy your outdoor adventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Level 21 \u2013 Heroic Voyager: Cowboy Desert Map <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
